Yes. Your Sensera starter kit and additional lubrication capsules will arrive in unmarked packaging from “Femto Technologies, Inc.”.
Returns
Sensera’s products are all Final Sale and are not eligible for return due to the intimate nature of the products. This policy is designed for hygienic reasons and to protect the health of our customers.
If your item is damaged on arrival, Sensera will exchange it at no cost to you. Simply send an email support@senserawellness.com within 7 days of receiving the product with a photo of the damaged product and our team will walk you through the process.
Once a refund is issued, funds will be reimbursed to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out at support@senserawellness.com, with a detailed description of the issue, and photos.
Use the included magnetic charging cable and plug it into any 5V USB power source. A full charge takes up to 4 hours. The app will let you know when the battery is low or fully charged.
Do not use any charging cable other than the one provided. If you lose your charging cable, email support@senserawellness.com for a replacement.
A full charge lasts about 3 hours, depending on how you use the device. We recommend charging the device after each session for the best performance.
No. For your safety, the device cannot operate while charging.
Yes. You can switch vibration modes, dispense lubricant, use cleaning mode, or start a program directly with the buttons.
Yes, but the device will be unable to provide supplemental lubrication.

No. After your first setup, the app adapts automatically, though you can change settings anytime.
Yes. You may be asked to answer a few new questions so the app can adjust your experience.

Connectivity
It uses both. Bluetooth connects the device to your phone. Wi-Fi is used (when available) to sync your data and download updates.
Turn on the device, open the app, and follow the prompts. Pairing happens automatically.
No. Wi-Fi is optional but helpful for syncing and updates.
Keep your phone close, ensure the device is charged, and restart the app if needed.

Troubleshooting
Hold the power button for 6 seconds. If it still doesn’t turn on, charge it for at least an hour and try again.
Try adjusting intensity, switching patterns, or starting a personalized program.
Keep your phone nearby and ensure Bluetooth is enabled.
Check that your phone meets the minimum software requirements. If issues continue, contact support.

Yes. All data is encrypted and stored securely under GDPR and CCPA standards.
Device Use & Care
Press and hold the power button for 6 seconds to turn it on, and 3 seconds to turn it off.
Twist the capsule housing to the left, place the capsule foil-side up, align it with the internal pin, and twist right to close the housing.
To release more lubricant, press the button with the droplet icon on the device. Press again to stop dispensing. Lubricant dispensing may be delayed on first use or after cleaning.
Yes. It’s water-based, body-safe, and made with FDA-approved ingredients.
Check that the capsule is inserted correctly and that it is not empty. See that the device is charged. If none of this works, try cleaning the device.
No. The capsules are designed to be reused. Be sure to clean the device after each use and plan to finish the opened capsule within a week or safely dispose of it.
No. Sensera’s lubricant has been rigorously tested for compatibility with the Sensera device. Using lubricant other than the one provided in the Sensera capsules may result in operational malfunctions and will void all applicable warranties.
The device should be cleaned after every use.
EXTERNAL CLEANING
Clean the device under warm running water with mild soap, and wipe it dry with a cloth. Note: The device is water-resistant but not waterproof.
INTERNAL CLEANING
Step one: Remove the capsule. Flip the device upside down, and twist open the capsule housing. Take off the capsule housing and remove the capsule.
Step two: To clean inside the device, hold the device under running water. Hold the droplet button and fill the inside of the device with water. Flush the inside until it is empty of water.
Step three: Allow to air-dry for five minutes before use or storage. Store an open capsule in your clean device for up to one week.
Pleasure & Intimacy
Yes. Sensera is designed for solo use but can be part of partnered intimacy.
Yes. Pleasure, relaxation, and biofeedback can naturally release physical or emotional tension.
If you are pregnant or postpartum, consult your physician before use.
No. Sensera is designed for vaginal or external use only.
